Who is ESCC:
The Mission of the Executive Service Corps of Cincinnati is to help area nonprofit organizations more effectively and efficiently achieve their missions by providing high quality, affordable consulting services.
The ESCC achieves this mission by providing nonprofit organizations access to the proven talents, broad experience from seasoned business professionals. Volunteers are retired business executives and managers interested in helping nonprofit organizations increase capacity; work more effectively while using their resources for efficiently.
ESCC accomplishes its mission utilizing a small budget to support the work of the volunteer consultants. ESCC is a 501 (c)(3) organization, governed by a Board of Directors, operates with an Executive Director and a corps of volunteer consultants. The volunteer consultants receive no monetary compensation for their services.
What does ESCC do:
ESCC provides professional, full-service management assistance and consultation to nonprofit organizations. Serving as consultants, counselors, advisors, facilitators, trainers and mentors, the ESCC volunteer helps improve nonprofit organizations effectiveness. The ESCC assignments have specific objectives and can usually be completed within three or four months. Clients of ESCC are asked to pay very affordable fees that are negotiated individually. Under some circumstances, fees may be waived.

The Executive Service Corps of Cincinnati is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit Organization; all of our consultants are volunteers. Foundation grants, corporate donation and individual giving cover approximately 75% of our administrative costs. Fees represent a small portion of our revenue; a modest fee will be set with sensitivity to your budget
