Constance Sipple is the Founder and President of Profile Solutions, a full service marketing, fundraising and community relations firm located in Cleveland Ohio. Profile Solutions creates marketing, fundraising and special events that help organizations increase awareness and community support. Since its establishment in 1996, Profile Solutions has designed and implemented programs that have helped organizations secure over $ 43.8 million in cororate and individual support. Prior to founding Profile Solutions, Ms. Sipple served as the Director of Development and Public Relations for the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Greater Cleveland for over twelve years. As such, she provided the direction and expertise in the areas of corporate sponsorship, annual giving and direct mail that insured that the department exceeded its fundraising objectives on an annual basis. During her tenure, she expanded the department by introducing and directing UCP's special events, volunteer and employee recognition structure, community relations programs and award winning advocacy campaigns. Ms. Sipple is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and serves as a member of the Greater Cleveland Chapter's Board of Directors. She has a special interest in corporate/community partnerships with an expertise in sponsorship and cause-related marketing.
