Qualifications
A fundraising and special event generalist, Ms. Sipple has a special interest in corporate/community partnerships with an expertise in corporate sponsorship and cause related marketing. Prior to founding Profile Solutions, she served as the Director of Development and Public Relations for United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cleveland for over 12 years.
She is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and serves as a member of the Greater Cleveland Chapter's Board of Directors.

Work Performed
PSI created a strategic marketing and community relations program for University Hospitals' department of Dermatology. To date this program has included the produciton of prospect databases, specialty brochures, direct mail campaigns and a sponsorship partnership with the American cancer Society to help promote skin cancer awareness.

Work Performed
UCP's national headquarters retained PSI to provide comprehensive sponsorship account management to its two largest corporate sponsors - Circle K and the Miller Brewing Company. Within three years, fundraising revenue doubles from $1.5 million to $ 3 million due to the introduction of PSI's specialized sponsorship techniques and staff training programs.

Work Performed
Profile Solutions was charged with upgrading John Carroll University's annual alumni golf tournament to enhance its visibility and attract more donors. While traditionally viewed as a "friend raising" activity, PSI converted the event into a fundraising vehicle that raised approximately $ 40,000. PSi's techniques included introducting sponsorship to cover major expenses, standardizing volunteer solicitation practices and creating promotional collateral to elevate JCU's brand identity.

UCP of Greater cleveland retained PSi to create and coordinate a program to promote the completion of its new state of the art facility. To achive this goal, PSI's team worked with the leadership of UCP to produce its Dedication Gala which enjoyed the participation of 1,375 attendees, garnered outstanding media attention and realized over $ 925,000.
