Janus Small Associates provides comprehensive organizational development consulting to a wide range of non-profit organizations (faith-based, arts & culture, social service, education, neighborhoods). The practice strives to ensure that organizations achieve their unique and maximum potential, and it guides clients in strategically exploring, creating, and implementing plans that respond to new community realities. Often this involves helping them find new ways of working to fulfill their missions, develop a more current understanding of audience needs, and develop up-to-date implementation strategies. Organizational advancement services include: -Strategic planning that focuses on delivering value to key constituents -Board development and training to enrich the volunteer capacity of non-profit organiztions -Organiztion start-up planning and implementation -Change management planning and restructuring to include succession planning if needed -Audience development -Funding strategies for maximum results -Creative projects to foster business and community partnerships (feasibility studies, development, and management) -Capacity building workshops, sessions, series for nonprofits at varying levels of expertise
