Marcy Levy Shankman, founder of MLS Consulting, has been consulting with higher education institutions and non-profit organizations since 1998 in areas of leadership and organizational development. She has conducted research, coordinated region-wide coalitions, and spoken on topics ranging from the leadership challenges of change to understanding bias to generational differences in the workplace. She has written and facilitated custom-designed leadership development curriculum for a variety of educational experiences, including workshops, professional development seminars, and half-day or multiple day retreats. New this year, MLS Consulting has published the EI Profile: An Emotional Intelligence Self-Assessment.
